Authenticity Unleashed: Leading With Your True Colors!
Presented By: Brittany Neish
Every woman in the workplace has heard it at some point...you’re “too this” or “not enough that.”
During International Women’s Month celebrated annual in March, this workshop invites leaders to rewrite that story. Together, we’ll explore how the very traits we’ve been told to tone down are often the exact ones that make us powerful. Through stories and practical tools, you’ll learn how to lead with authenticity, encourage the same in others, and create environments where individuality isn’t just accepted, it’s celebrated.
Participants Will Gain:
- Reframing Weakness as Strength
Learn how to spot the labels that have held you back and turn them into leadership assets! - Authenticity in Action
Build confidence through practical exercises that connect self-awareness with real-world leadership! - Culture of Courage - Walk away with strategies to help your teams show up as themselves, creating ripple effects of inclusion and trust across your organization!
Key Focus: "Embracing individuality, transforming perceived flaws into strengths, and helping others do the same so authenticity becomes a collective advantage, not just a personal one."
Attend & Earn: 1 SHRM Credit / 1 HRCI Credit
